Salvatore’s Capacity

The total capacity of Salvatore’s Wedding Venue is 40 to 220 people for seated events.
Please see our 360 Tour which will take you through all of Salvatore’s interiors.

Our venue offers a wealth of amenities, such as full bar service, in-house catering, ceremony, valet parking, dance floor, and all the funiture and decor needed for your event.

Salvatore’s offers valet parking for day and night functions.

Public Parking

There are several enclosed, public parking lots that can easily accommodate cars for any size event within walking distance.

Information & Policies

Deposits

A deposit is required to reserve and confirm the date of your event. All deposits are non-refundable.

Menu Choices

If you are choosing a plated menu, you may offer your guests up to three entrees. All final entree counts are due ten days prior to your event.

Minimums

Food and beverage minimums will be applied to all weddings and events at Salvatore’s depending on the day, date, and time of the event.

Service Charge & Sales Tax

22% gratuity/service fee will be added to all food and beverage sales, 3% administrative fee. 11.75% of the current sales tax will be added to all food and beverage sales.

Venue Fee

A non-taxable venue fee is applied to all weddings and events depending on the day, date, and time of the event. This includes chairs, china, silverware & tables.

Coat Check

Can be scheduled for your event, the total fee is based on your final guest count.

Children (ages 12 and under)/Teenagers (13-20)

A children’s menu is offered for $30.00 per child. Teenagers are offered adult meals for $70.00 per person.

Vendor Meals

Meals for vendors are offered for $40.00 per person.

Final Payment & Guarantee

Final payment is due 15 days prior to your event. We accept the following forms of payment: Cashier’s check, ACH transfer, Wire Transfer and/or Zelle payment. There is a 4% surcharge for all other forms of credit card payments. Final charges will be based on your guaranteed guest count ten days prior to your event. The host will be billed per this confirmed count, or the actual number of guests attending, whichever is greater. Any balance the night of the event will be charged to the credit card on file.

Menu Pricing

ALL pricing is subject to change due to fluctuations in market prices.

Vendor List

After booking your event we will provide an extensive list of highly professional vendors such as Florists, Photographers, Bands, DJs, Hotels, Transportation, Officiants and more.

Tasting Sessions

Available, allowing you to experience the culinary skills of our talented chefs. Our menu is Italian-inspired, with plenty of American touches throughout. Additionally, our team is happy to cater to dietary needs and restrictions upon request.
