* A deposit is required to reserve dining facilities on a definite basis and will be credited to your final charges.

The amount of the deposit and payment schedule will be confirmed upon booking of the event. Personal checks may be used for deposit only. All remanding payments must be made with a cashier’s check or MC, Visa, Discover and American Express. A valid credit card will be held on file. There will be a 3% surcharge when using all credit card. In the event a guest cancels a confirmed event, the deposit and payments made would be non-refundable.

* If you are choosing a menu with an individually plated entree, you may either choose one entree for all guests or you

may offer your guests a choice of two, if the selections are printed on your invitations and Salvatore's is given the number of each entree required at least 7 days prior to the event. Removal of bars tip jars is subject to a fee.

* All outside vendors hired by the client must be approved by Salvatore's. Meals for vendors including salad, pasta and
|
unlimited soft drinks are $30.00 each. If you choose not to provide a meal for your vendors, a charge of $5.00 per person will be charged for unlimited soft drinks for each person working the event. Salvatore's discourages consumption of alcoholic beverages for vendors. If you would like to arrange for your vendors to have access to liquor, a tab will be run and will be the client's responsibility. Personal items must be removed after the event.

* Children's meals are available at $25.00.

* A final guarantee of guests must be received 7 days in advance of the function. The host will be billed per this confirmed
|
count, or the actual number of guests attending, whichever is greater.

• Salvatore’s is a non-smoking restaurant. Patio closes at 11:00 pm.
