Salvatore’s Dinner Menu

Our menu is one of the many reasons we are one of the top Chicago wedding venues and restaurants.

Antipasti

Bruchetta
Grilled Tuscan bread topped with garlic, olive oil, tomato and basil with cheese.

Vongole al Forno
Baked clams with parmesan pesto breadcrumb topping.

Misto di Mare
2 Shrimp, 2 scallops, and 2 clams sauteed in butter, white wine, garlic and spices

 Scamponi al Marsala
Four large shrimp sauteed with garlic, butter, mushrooms, onions, and marsala wine

Scungilli alla Vincent’s Clam Bar
Atlantic ocean conch in a hot and spicy tomato sauce

Calamari Fritti alla Riccardo
Grilled, sliced squid

Risotto di Fungi
Creamy Italian-style risotto with mushrooms and shaved parmesan cheese.
